I have a BV7-55 that has not been updated for several years. It has Beolab 9s as a possible speaker. It does not however have Beolab 12-3 which are my rear speakers, or Beolab 20 which I have ordered to replace my 9s in front.
Is there a software update for the BV7-55 that would add the 12-3s and 20s to the menu?
And if not, which speaker would be the best selection for the 20s? 9s perhaps?
Thanks!

Got the answer. Dealer provided me with a document on speakers. For older TVs the proper setting for 20s is Beolab 5 with a 3 step volume gain. Also learned from it that my BL 12-3s should be set as Beolab 3s and 1.5 meters added to distance to account for different processing times of older compared to newer speakers when used with a BV7.
