Hello,I have recently traded in my 3300 for a 5500 system. But I'm having problems with the master control. Firstly,the display keeps flashing,reading the manual,it states that means the batteries are dying,but I have new batteries in it. More annoyingly,I can't turn the volume down,I can turn it up but not down. As you know this is a problem as I can do next to nothing without the master control. Need help,advice and fixes please.
