Correct, use the Beomusic App.
Start the app. Tap the 2 rectangles. Tap box of the Avant, the box becomes the source with the focus. Tap the + signs in the boxes of the A9 and A6.
(If setup correctly) both will start playing the source of the Avant (as can be seen in all 3 boxes; the same source is shown)
if f.e. the A6 plays, you can choose the JOIN command to the Avant. It will starts playing the source of the A6 on the Avant
if in a Netlink more sources are active, with repeatedly selecting JOIN on the remote, all the active sources will be audible one after the other on the Avant
Hi,
when I listen to a Source in my Study over my Essence Mk2 and I press the join button on the BeoRemote One for the Avant, the Avant "plays" the same source like on my Essence. Works perfectly. Just Add join on the Beoremote and make sure that the NL-Devices are listed in the NL-settings of your Avant.

Oh it seems that I misunderstood you. You are trying to send to A6 not from. Therefore forget what I wrote.
You can't (Beo)remote control the A6.
You'll have to do that manually or using the app or using the 'wheely'.
You can 'join-in' on the Avant, but only on 'joinable' sources - e.g. not on airplayed content or on Spotify Connect.....
If you have configured the ('joinable') sources of the A6 as connected sources on the Avant, you can also start these with the Beoremote alternatively using the source menu of the tv.
If configured, you can also choose a source from the Avant using the app - e.g. listening to a cd, that is playing in a BRP, that you have connected via HDMI on the Avant.

If a NL source plays (no Spotify/Airplay though) it can be activated with JOIN.
Strange enough one can JOIN Spotify between the Essence mkII, BS35, A6.

Hi MM,
very confusing, I never wrote anything about spotify. Therefore I don't know what you are trying to tell me. I merely wrote that the Join-Button on the remote works perfect for me. After writing the comment, I recognized, that this wasn't the question. Maybe we booth should read the thread more carefully.
