Maybe Avant 75" owners may notice the difference - I doubt, that the 55" owners will.....
...unless they are sitting nose-near to the screen.
No mentioning of the costs, however - it certainly won't be 'for free'.
MM
There is a tv - and there is a BV
Sorry - I am.
Will be for free!!!
So why not!
"No extra cost"
You silly silly man, don't you realise how much money the scum Murdoch and his controlling empire is making from you paying TV watchers?
He isn't earning one single penny from me watching tv.
I can do without these services.
But for those, who have decided to pay, it is good news.
I would have expected an extra fee for this 'add-on'.

I don't think its him who is being silly, silly!!
He isn't commenting on the value of the service, he is merely pointing out that, according to the linked report, there is no cost adder over and above the relevant SkyQ subscription charge.
Ban boring signatures!
Viewers of the world, unite! You have nothing to lose but your brains.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.

Apart from that Sky Q box which adds another £12/month.
I'm already paying £80/month for Sky. They still charge £10/month for "HD". Incredible really.

kallasr:Wow! Since we have different competition situation in Germany, the complete sky package can be obtained at around 35£ - special offer if you refuse to prolongue your contract . Until this season even the premier league was included (I am a soccer/football fan...) Use it primarily for the Bundesliga (Borussia Mönchengladbach) and movies. w5bno123: For some time now I had just allowed Sky to keep billing me the 'going' rate. My wife questioned it with me and like all utility bills she asked me to review it annually. She phoned them the other day and quickly handed the phone over to me to continue the conversation which resulted in a 25% decrease in my monthly bill. They bought it down to £61.50, just below Virgin's equivalent of £64p/m.

I've done that before, but usually it's a short-term deal (6 months or so).
It's Sky's "HD" for an additional £10/month that makes me chuckle. They introduced that years ago, but it still remains. Nearly everyone has a HD TV now, yet they charge an additional £10/month simply to show the same channels....in HD.
I'm all for 4K, but film such as Martian, on Blu-ray, look stunning on my BV12-65. Really don't see how much of an improvement 4K will add to this "visual experience" if I'm honest.
