I have a BV11-55 (February 2015 model) updated to the latest software release.
My setup has 4 BL18 and 1 BL19 (all new) connected wirelessly in the same room.
Most of the times everything works fine, but sometimes some speakers show up as connected but do not produce any sound. When I turn on the TV, all speakers turn their green light on, but when I start listening one or two speakers do not produce any sound. I then go to the speaker connections setup and cycle through the list. While browsing the list, after a few seconds the missing speakers might show up as "Missing" and then reconnect by themselves (the "missing" display disappears). Other times I have to perform a re-scan and this will fix it. But twice I had to restart from factory settings the audio configuration and connect all speakers, set distances etc which is a cumbersome process especially if you have multiple groups (I gave up on setting them up until I find a solution). Once, switching group fixed the issue for the speakers but not the subwoofer.
What really bothers me is that there is no indication the affected speakers do not work, like a warning or light (the orange light never turned on). I have to figure it out myself by listening.
It's quite erratic and difficult to diagnose properly. Sometimes it's the speaker connected to WPL4, sometimes WPL1, other times 2 and 4 etc...
I thought it could be related to the TV being in "Fast start mode" (set from 19:00 to 22:00) but the problem occurs in other times of the day too.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?
I found another thread on this from October with a similar issue, except I don't get the red light on the speaker. I disabled the 5Ghz network on my Wi-Fi router to see if it makes a difference.
I have the same issue with the BL19 connected wirelessly. My setup is BB11-55, transmitter 1, 2 BL1s wired and BL19 wireless. From time to time BL19 turns on but no sound. Have to go into menu system and check the speakers and then it turns on. Once the BL19 was turning on and off (red light-green light). Unfortunately I am not sure why it happens or found a solution. I have an AppleTV notices it loses the 5GHZ signal from time to time, and it sits very close to the transmitter 1. Perhaps there is signal interference between the two but I am not sure. I am tempted to get rid of the transmitter one and just wire it and see if the entire setup improves.

I had similar issues and in my case I am quite certain it was caused by the Transmitter 1 running very hot.
I have had long discussions with B&O who think that I suffer from a vivid imagination, but the facts are difficult to argue with.
My T 1 is inside a cabinet on a shelf above the receiver and so between generating its own heat and absorbing the heat from below it really did get very hot.
So, after running the system for about 1/2 hour or more, one of the BL 18 cut out ( light urned red) and then after a few seconds it came online again.
This would go on 20/30 times in an evening - quite annoying to be sure.
B&O came to the house, ran a bunch of tests, updated the firmware - all to no avail.
In the end I followed my hunch and mounted the T! on 4 "legs made out of cork" and Voila - the problem stopped.
I sure can't explain it, coincidence, luck - don't know but the problem is gone - but admittedly it does look quite strange.
Last night it was very warm in my house and I too was having issues with the Receivers intermittently dropping out. The system has had intermittent drop outs before but last night was exceptionally bad. Temperature could easily be the issue as last night was the warmest of the year. I placed some feet on the Transmitter 1 and a fan behind it. Hope that solves the issues.
I've had a chance to verify the solution of adding feet (1" high, 1"round felt leveling pads) and 2 Antek True Quiet fans behind the Transmitter 1. With the above steps I have yet to notice any receiver dropouts. Last night was even warmer than my previous post.
