B&O H8 does not turn on after software update

Hi,

I got a notification about a new software update for H8. The update failed and I can't turn on the device anymore. The LED is always off.

The error message: Ycs9l

Anyone else seen similar problem?

I have had that happen once too, so I re did the software update and it worked. I think I had to try a couple of times.
