Wiring diagram / Installer Cambridge UK

Hello - I have a few bits of B&O which I would like to get installed in my home. After dealing with Cambridge B&O and their quote jumping from an already high £3k plus VAT to almost £7k plus VAT under the excuse that it's because I bought an Avant TV second hand from elsewhere and not from them, I refuse to deal with them. I'm sure they have a great reputation with some people however with me they have been a tad rude, unhelpful and are now blatantly taking the mickey.

I live in The Cambridge area and looking to get someone to come in and set the whole thing up for me on the one hand and also someone who can draw me up the wiring diagram so I can get the power tools out and start cutting channels in walls to run conduit and cables through.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar experience with another UK B&O. They ramped up the price after an install despite an agreed price beforehand and gave me some rubbish about it being a 'specialist' install. I asked them itemise what they were charging for and refused after they didn't clarify. I was prepared to go to court and they backed down. This has to be the ultimate in taking the mickey. Just because you buy B&O that doesn't give them a licence to milk you. No B&O purchases since then...
