Which Beovision 4-50 screen is better?

I want to upgrade a Beovision 4-42 screen attached to a Beosystem 2.

Now I can get

Beovision 4-50

Type Nr. 9020

Item Nr. 1818724

Serial Nr. 1971xxxx

Or a

Beovision 4-50

Type Nr. 8970

Item Nr. 1816412

Serial Nr. 2011xxxx

Which one to choose?

According to the serial number the Type 8970 is newer, but accordong to the type number the 9020 has the better panel? Or I am wrong?

Bought the 9020 as I read on service manual cover pages that these are D9 (8971 D8 only).

Put in a second DVI card and now I have 3 HD sources attached via Beosystem 2 MK III.
