Hi all,

I'm new here - thanks for the resource!

I have an A6, and after trying to update the software via the B&O app (to enable me to run multiple speakers via Airplay 2), I now get constant white flashing lights and the unit won't let me operate anything. I also can't perform a factory reset while the 2 white lights are flashing. Any advice on how to fix this please? Thank you.
