The only B&O I've seen out in the commercial world:
A restaurant in Jackson, Wyoming was using black Beovox CX50s for their background music. Really good venison and moose too.
A Chinese restaurant that had a horizontally mounted BS9000 between two Pentas, with a Beolab 2000 on the opposite wall.

In my immediate neighbourhood there's are relatively new place, Café Rouleur, that is coffee shop during the day, beer/cocktail bar during the nights, and bicycle repair shop all the time. Really great hipster concept, and one of my local favourites. Allegedly, the owner has a thing for B&O, and there is both a BL3500 above the bar and a pair of BL6000s filling the place with sound. They even had some kind of cooperation with the local B&O store where they would host the release party of a new music video and the B&O store would provide a pair of BL20s for the occasion. They had a fancy logo made for the event. It's probably still on their facebook page.
