What kind of options are there for wall mounting the 80's Beomaster 3000, 3300 etc?

I know there was an original bracket that also provided cover for the cables but they don't seem to be all that common and from the pictures I've seen the bracket was also for the beocord but I think I would like the option of doing a Beomaster only mount.

I'm thinking about simply mounting a thin strip of metal to the wall with "rubber feet" behind it and attaching the mounting holes on the Beomaster to that strip with simple nuts and bolts and letting my cords show for now.

Here is a picture off the internet of the original bracket
