Hi,

I must say I have quite a lot of issues with all the latest products I bought :( On top of my network issues with my fix installation)

I have a brand new H7 with which I could be happy... But it makes strange noise when using Bluetooth. Either connected to my Ipad, my telephone or my TV with the avantree adapter, I have a strange noise when bluetooth is transferring sound (for exemple on the Ipad, there is abolutely no strange noise when nothing happens, but when I click on the keyboard for exemple, the little sound made by IOS are transferred to the headphone, and on top of the norml noise there are parasite sounds.)

Is it an issue with mine ? Is it something presnet on all H7 ?

I must say i am quite disappointed...

Thank you for all your feedbacks.

Christophe.

I've read in a german Amazon review that the noise occured after the latest software update for the H7.

Did you upgrade your H7? Maybe they already have the latest (bad?) softwareupdate.

Exchange them! You shouldn't live with that for this price.

If nobody exchanges B&Os lousy perfoming (technology wise) headphones, they'll never learn how to use that 10 year old Bluetooth technology correct. ;-) I'm just wondering as the Bluetooth speakers work well.

Hi.

Yes... first thing I did before even trying them was to upgrade them to latest software...

so let's go and exchange them. Thank you for your feedback
