Hurray, the update was here today with Netradio.
Thanks B & O !
Beolab 50, Beolab 8000 x 2, Beolab 4000 x 2, BeoSound Core, BeoSound 9000, BeoSound Century, BeoLit 15, BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay P2, BeoPlay H9 3rd Gen, BeoPlay H6, EarSet 3i, BeoVision Eclipse Gen 2 55", BeoPlay V1-40, BeoCom 6000 and so much else :)
Yes-thanks indeed! Great to have and completes the BV11 spec sheet.
Kudos B&O ;-)
This is more, than I hoped for ;-))
(I had to do a manual update, so the sw must be supernew)
BUT....
...I was able to have one (!) station saved as a favorite.
Allthough I did the same (using the green button) nothing happened --- What did I do wrong ;-(
If/when it works, you can have up to 99 stations in the list and - because they are numbered - you probably even are able to choose a station directly with the remote (must be tested tomorrow).
AND...
...is this TuneIN???
If it was/is TuneIN, where is the option for logging in like on the Essence - in order to have access to your favorites instantly?
If not, what is it then?
AND....
....my favorite favorite radio station Radio Paradise is playing at 128 kpbs - it can play at 320 --- why and where can this be changed?
SO...
....great progress, but still a bit half-backed.
P.S. I have gotten used to use the connected TuneIN-stations from my Essence on my V1 - maybe I should stick to that untill..............
MM
There is a tv - and there is a BV
Like n.radio on a beosound, we can probably call this function from a nl/ml linked speaker.
That could be the main difference with tunein (no registration and press one figure to access to your favorite radio).
I don't have actually a nl/ml converter so I cannot test it with my ml speakers.
4 beolab 5, beolab 9, beolab 10, beolab 5000, beolab 8000 mk2, beolab 6002, beolab 3500, beovision 7 55 mk2, 2 beovision 11 46 mk4, beotime, beosound ouverture, beosound essence, beoplay A8, beomaster 900 RG de luxe and the collection continues...
On the bv 11, it works perfectly for the favorites. It is also fast. Just done the internet update

Have done a manual software update but cannot see NRadio/ webradio anywhere. TuneIn is there in the Apps.
I can get Radio Paradise via its webpage with the slide show.

@vikinger
Go into configuration of sources.
It is there - probably just has to be enabled.
Michael: TuneIn is an app that collects regular radio stations and the web radio feature is just another collection of channels. (To answer the question from someone else in the same answer)

I am not quite sure, what you mean by that?
You can register and have an account at TuneIN and create your favorite list and you can log-in with that account using the Beosetup app in e.g. the Essence.
Why isn't this possible on the V1?
Could it be, that B&O in this case did not use TuneIN as the internetradio 'collector'/provider?
There are other providers!
(Maybe I will have to write Struer to get the answer.)
Is that how it works on the Avant, too?
P.S. Adding favorites is now working ;-()
You can start a wanted station from standby, if you push the number after pushing the assigned button on the remote. In my case 'N.Radio 2' for P4 Syd (DK radio station) as an example.

Found it! I just didn't look in the most obvious place (the source list).
Thanks MM!

The web radio feature is not the same as the app TuneIn. TuneIn is a service that collects diifferent channels so you can search everything in one app, and make favourites. Almost like the web radio feature. They are almost the same thing but not the same thing.
Well that must add about £500 to the value of these TV's and will surely be a major dealer selling point for the TV's and associated speaker systems.
Why did it take so long?
some beosound 9000 are not n.radio compatible. if you don't have the mk3 it shouldn't work.
i also imagine you are using a nl/ml converter otherwise they are absolutely no chance it work
vikinger: Why did it take so long?
That is a good question - I wonder if we will ever get an answer to it.

Thanks, Michael - beginning to understand.
This is probably a better way, than using TuneIN.
Being caught in the fights about lincences between provider and netradio stations is not good - see the thread about the missing Netherland radiostations via TuneIN on the forum.
But probably only possible on the BV's and not on the NL-audio devices from B&O.
I noticed one difference between using the Netradio of my V1 and TuneIN on the Essence.
With the Essence the track info is displayed, when using the Beomusic app.
If I play from my V1, there is nothing (nothing but the logo of the Station).
(Tested with DK netradio stations)
on bv 11, track info is displayed
tested with wifi and the connection is rock solid.
sound is wonderfull
tested also the beoremote app and the wake on wlan, really great and usefull when you have two beovision in the same room.

so, how can you send the n.radio from the bv to the beosound ? By the power of greyskull ?
if it is possible to stream the n.radio to the ml or nl network, that would be really great

sorry, my fault, I misunderstood your sentence.
strange as my bv 11 reacts to the n.radio command

On my BV11 the track is shown in a single line the same width as the station logo but some distance below it. (Tested with Radio Paradise.)
