Hi.
Just taken delivery of a "New" November 2016 Avant 55".
According to the dealer it is now UHD compatible but no longer supports 3D.
However in the menu it has 3D options. When used with a pair of b&o glasses the flicker sync starts but is not quite right.
The glasses need to be turned upside down to swap sides but also the flicker rate is wrong.
There are many reasons why this may not work but as I can't find a setup guide I really do need some advice.
Hope you guys can help.

Michael:I thought Avant 55 2016 should work but not beovision 14. Sounds so strange the picture is wrong. Perhaps your material is wrong or you are choosing the wrong setting? I use 3D with my Avant 55 from 2014 and it works perfect.
Aussie Michael:What glasses do you use Mike?
Do the b&o glasses require any format of setup?
I cannot find any instruction and although the dealer has loaned us a pair they seem unable to help with the setup.
Also which model of xpand is working for you please.

I mean the custom made Xpand for B&O. I guess it´s just a pair of regular ones with custom software. They "just work". No need to pair them, just turn them on and they work. They look just like this: http://www.xpand.me/products/xpand-3d-glasses-lite-ir-rf/ but they come in a custom B&O box with cute black soft pouches to store them in :).I've mainly used 3D via Apple TV via PLEX. Haven't had any issues. Think it works over the HOME MEDIA feature too but I don't remember exactly now, but I am quite sure. The only setting I remember possible was if the picture was side by side or top/bottom (the two images for 3D differential). The media format itself just has to be a format playable I think. Since 3D isn't a codec or anything, just a video with two pictures side by side.
