I can't recall the latest s/w version, but it is important that they both have the same version of s/w. Mine were unable to communicate with each other until I got them updated to the same s/w version. Oddly enough, one of mine used to get blown off the air every time I used the microwave in the kitchen (the one in the dining room next to it), but since I bought a new microwave after the old one died that hasn't happened.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

I believe you will have to go to the dealer. At least that's what I did 8 years ago

That's how I got mine updated, I had to send them to the dealer, who used a dealer "tool" to update the s/w. What that tool is and how it works I have no idea, having never seen one in the flesh so to speak. Whether they had to pull the chips and put them in a EPROM burner or if they did it via a cable to one of the ports I have no idea.
