Time to say goodbye to my BL/BM 5000, sold to Jeff up in Canada, I will drive up to McAllen TX from Mexico city and ship from there with Fedex
First of all I secured the power cable in the jack channel, Jeff I taped the cable for connecting the amp to the receiver under the receiver outside the foam wrap.
Then shrink wrap 3 times around the unit
Making sure the new fronts from Frede will arrive undamaged
Then 5 layers of foam wrap
I found some Polystyrene boxes to small to contain the items, so I used only the corners
A lot of tape and the lid on
More tape, and ready to go to McAllen for boxing and Fedex
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
Forgot to mention, two boxes packed in the same way

OMG, colour me impressed! (Notice the Canadian spelling of color) even the gorillas employed by USPS, and Fed/Ex (which is better) will not be able to damage your amazing hard work achievement.
Søren, I am certain that you know already, but I am so grateful and proud that you decided to entrust me with your BL/BM 5000. You must know I will treat them like the treasures that they are.
In addition, I have to say you sure know how to pack a package PERFECTLY!
