Hi, I have a problem with a beocenter 6-23 which I bought for the spare bedroom, when I purchased it I was told it had FM and DAB radio and the serial label does say Acc: DAB. the problem I have is I cannot select it and when I go into the radio service menu the fm radio has SW 1.0 and the DAB is SW ---. Has it been turned off somewhere?
Any help would be most welcome
My BC6-23 does NOT have DAB, and the radio service menu is exactly the same as yours - i.e DAB SW - - -
Looks as if someone may have removed the DAB card.
Hi thanks for your message does yours have the 3 aerial connections on the back as this tv does?

No, mine just has two connections.
Perhaps the DAB board is fitted but the ribbon connector is not connected. It's possibly worth having a look inside if you know what you're doing.
Hi I have opened up the beocenter and found that the ribbon cable and aerial cable connecting the DAB module to the decoupling board are missing!!!! No idea why they are missing. Now the question is where do I get them and why have they been removed?
Very strange - perhaps they were left out at the factory but I would think that would have been spotted. Perhaps someone on the forum can help with spares, or maybe go to B&O.
I have managed to get some spares from AVA Services in UK, could be worth a try?

All BeoCentre 6-23 were NOT supplied with DAB unless ordered separately as an option.
All BeoCentre 6-23 always were fitted from the factory with the following modules and features:-
