I have Beogram 4000 that is mostly working but the off and right keys won't work, they were working but then a bolt dropped on the circuit board Sad the small one with the reed relays on, and there was slight burnt smell and now all works except the off and right arrow keys, I am guessing a component has been burnt out but cannot find it do you have any idea what component it may be?

so far I think it may be an IC in the control panel

any help would be much appreciated Smile

Have you got the service manual ? - this is a complex beast but the manual on site is a good one but you need to know what you are doing!!

Hi Peter, yes I have got the manual. it looks like it may be the 3IC7 which is an FCH 131, but thought perhaps someone else has had the same fault and know more about it

Check the power supply voltages BEFORE replacing parts.
