hello everyone,

i have pretty much given up but decided to list my issue here, i live in the washington dc area, my one beolab1 speaker once turned on is permanenty red ( the dot on the system) it does not play, it does not turn green  or play any sound. the second one, plays statically, until after 3 hours..then it clears up... we used to have b and o shops everywhere around here.. but they have evaporated.. anyone else had this problem  or any knowledge on how to fix it?

If nobody has any better information, there is an authorized Bang & Olufsen repair site near you.  It is

Electronics Service Center

12216 Parklawn Dr. Suite 112

Rockville, MD 20852

301-881-8637

This is where B&O in the DC area would send the components needed to be repaired.  (Plus it is cheaper to take it there yourself!)

Good luck!
