Beosound 4 - Autoshutoff

All:

I have  Beosound 4 shutting off after may be 3hrs of operation. I thought the fix would be to access the customer service menu and set it to OFF mode.

However, when i got into the service menu I cannot find the Autoshut off as an item in the list.

I used the 00 GO option from the setup to access the service menu.

Is there a way to fix this problem. Or is there a fault with my system. One more thing I may have to point out is I have a beosystem 4500 connected to Beosound 4 via the AUX

Has this previously worked without problems or have you always had this problem?

Under "SETUP" then "OPTIONS" do you have the TIMER set to ON?
