Not working beocom 6000 and beocom 5

Hi everyone, I have problem wondered if anyone can help. I have recently moved set up my b&o phones,Since then all the phones have dropped out i.e. the flashing red light on the front of the become 6000 phones. 

 

I have sent sent them to AVA services to take a look they deregulated them all sent back and worked for a few weeks then all drop out. Beocom 5 never worked.

 

ive had a look on line some say the phone with the Pstn built in is two close to my wifi router but it's about 1.2m away 

Is there anything you can suggest to get all phones working again?
2 x beocom 6000
1 x beocom 2 
1 x beocom 5 
have switched off for 5 mins  on again but nothing.
any suggestions please

Hi,

i had a similar problem with my PSTN, i changed the channel of my router. Disable WIFI for testing from your router.

If everything is working enable WIFI again. If it is configured with Chanel=Auto it will search a free channel.

There may be more problems with bluetooth, remotecontrols, streaming devices...
