A slightly strange question here but I recently finally got round to installing the Beocom 5 that I won in a Beoworld prize draw a few years back and am mostly very pleased with it. However, it replaced an old Beocom 2000 and one issue I always had with that was the relatively low volume level in the handset, so was hoping the Beocom 5 would be better.
However, it's even worse and my wife was on a business conference call at the weekend and could barely hear what was going on! Eventually, the call went on for so long that the Beocom 5's battery gave out so she had to finish the call on her mobile - the people at the other end said she was coming though louder and clearer on this!
Therefore, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue or am I just unlucky (twice!)? I still really fancy a Beocom 2 but I'm not prepared to buy one if it has the same issue.
