I have a Beogram 4000 with cd and cassette issues.  Neither the remote or local buttons activate the cd or cassette to play.. Radio works fine. Doors work fine.

Any Ideas??

First we would need to get facts correct, so we know what you are talking about.
Beogram 4000 is a BeoGRAM - GRAM as in gramophone (record player).
It has no CD, no radio, no cassette, no remote.

You are correct. It is a Beosound 4000
