After a recent power cut, my LC2 has been acting strangely in that on any setting other than 100% the light connected to it 'pulses'!
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong or if this is repairable?

As a first step ,I would change the light bulb(s) connected to the LC2 and check again..

Many thanks, after disconnecting it for few days and changing the bulbs all was fine. However I then tried the original bulbs out of interest and they were then fine too! Its a mystery!
