My local B&O dealer informed me that you can actually change TuneIn stations in your playlist locally by pressing and turning the volume know at the same time. Clockwise will step forward and counter clockwise will step backwards in your playlist. The same actually also works in Deezer.

I think this is very useful and not something I have seen documented by B&O.
