Do the new TVs have Amazon Prime?

No, only available natively on Sony Android TVs........not a big issue for me, i use an Amazon Fire 4K box connected to the BV14....4K looks excellent, both Prime and Netflix.......but extra boxes are not everyones ideal scenario.......

I've not checked, but are there PUC controllers for the Fire 4K?

You can control the Fire 4K using your BR-One, my dealer used an IR/Bluetooth flick....works well.....and there is a PUC table for the Amazon Fire.....very seamless.....
