Managed to get hold of the 4.11 software and a windows PC running Windows 7 32 bit.

Thankfully the software recognises my Beo5 but I can't seem to get it to do anything. I click in 'create' and it creates a profile, but it never leaves that main page.

Its been years since I did my first set up of the Beo5 but I'm sure once you clicked 'load' it took you to a new page where you start the process of setting up zones/rooms and telling it what equipment you have etc.

Any advice would be appreciated

The tool does not skip pages automatically, you need to click the "next" button. For basic information consult the help informatin provided with the tool. More information can be found here: http://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/wikis/beo5-6/default.aspx

Problem solved!

Was using a notebook with a tiny screen that didn't show the whole page and the CT wouldn't resize!

Plugged it into the BV7 and now I see it all!

Cheers

Using a BV7 as screen for Beo6 configuration is true B&O style.
