Good people!

I try to connect my laptop to the BeoVision 7-40, but fail at opening the cover at the back of the television, in order to plug in the cable. I assume there is some kind of switch or button that I can't find.

Any tips?

Thanks so much.

Have you tried using HDMI instead? That is, if your laptop has such a connection.

BeoLab 5, BeoVision 7-55 MK2, BeoSound 5 Encore, BeoSound 9000, BeoLab Penta III, BeoLab 8000, BeoLab 6000, BeoLab 2, BeoLab 7-6, BeoSound 8, BeoTime (analog clock), Beo 4 remote.

Do you mean that you can't find the "door" that opens in the back ?

There are two covers that you pop off by inserting your finger in the bottom and gently tugging at the cover.
