I often get the red circle under "configuration" and when I tap to see what is wrong, it says..
"Inconsistencies found, online products seen as offline"
I have a Moment and an A6, and today both had this issue, and I was unable to "join" in on music.
It was also not possible to use either the X app, to the Beomusic.
Only way to fix it was to restart both devices by a power off/on, then everything is green, and I could join both ways.
Any ideas on what causes this, and is this a "normal" issue ?
/Jacob
I regularly check the BeoTool app.
Seems the error occurred today. There may be a problem with a new upload or similar.
I will have a check through to see if anything is amiss and report back. My error seems to indicate a commas error between the BV Avant and one essence unit
Powered down the Avant, rebooted. All set to normal.
either a coincidence we both have a commas issue or something is getting updated and caused a hitch.
Suggest rebooting the Moment from a no power for 10 seconds state, see if that clears the error log.

A reboot from no power, fixes the issue. I have seen this many times in BeoTool, sometimes it helps just closing the app totally and opening again, but this morning both A6 and Moment showed the error, and could not "see" each other.
I will see if it keeps happening, and report it if it does.

Think there are multiple things that could cause the inconsistency.

Ok.. I did some tests. Assigning fixed IP's to all units did not fix the error. Moving the A6 to my 5ghz wireless net, did!
When Moment is running on 2ghz and A6 on 5ghz, there never are "inconsistencies found", if I move the A6 to the 2ghz network, the next morning the error is back. It is quite consistent. had the A6 on 5ghz for a week approx., no error.. moved back to 2ghz last night, this morning the red indicator with inconsistency found, is back..
