Hello Beofans

I am bidding on a pair of Beovox 45.2 speakers on Ebay to connect to a Passive or MCL/ML running from my V1.

This should take the sound much better and give it some presence.

 

I have asked the seller about the speakers if they have ever been refurbished.

Did the 45.2 ever experience foam rot? I am interested in them but not if I have to rip them apart.

There are Rubber surrounds and not foam on the S45.2.

I think the only RL with foam surrounds were the 140s. You should be ok but Ive never owned RL45s to say for sure.
