When I was a kid in the 1990s, graphic equalisers were all the rage. B&O true to form and ethos stayed well clear of such superfluity, except in the car audio scene where it's probably essential and on the Beoplay range. Wonder if they might become mainstream again or if B&O will revive this? The dancing multicoloured fluorescent EQ displays were the favourite of my fiends and I.

Are yes "graphic sympathisers",as I heard them described once!

I have one I hope to use to improve the woeful tv dialogue reproduction. It's a "round tuit" job of course, but I have no excuse as there is often an equaliser in/out port on B&O kit from the eighties/nineties.

The equalisers are quite sensible nowaday's,without the "wally fodder" flashing lights etc.
