Hi Everyone.
Hopefully an easy question for you all.
A customer currently has a BeoVision 6-26 connected via ML to their multi-room system. They also have a Beolink Passive (that is in the same room as the TV) that is driving some really old speakers that are integrated into some wall furniture.
They're about to remove the BeoVision 6-26 and replace with another brand (B&O going to secondary room) but want to use the Passive to give them the sound from the new TV.
The Passive will still be connected on ML to the rest of the system so they can listen to CD/Radio from other components in other rooms & they have the IR sensor/controller connected in the room too.
Can this be done and if so what cabling would be required?
I was a B&O salesman going back 12-15 years but can't remember the details after all these years!
Many thanks in advance for any help.

If you replace the BL-Passive with a BL-Active you can use its PC-input for connecting the (analog) sound-output of the non-B&O tv. Press "PC" on a BEO4 to hear the sound! The adaptercable is avaible at the B&O-store.
The BL-Passive must be attatched to the PL-output (of the BL-Active) and is used only as an amp (2P) for the existing speakers.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Fantastic.
I'll suggest this as a solution and see if they go for it. Would be a shame not too as they have a nice system at the moment but can't justify the cost of a new B&O TV.
Many thanks,
Kav.
