No. The Beosound 2 does not have the IR receiver for the BeoTime.

But

You can turn off all NL products with it. I've done it with mine.

Hi Gary,

Unfortunately, Beotime can't control the new Beosound 1 or 2, as they don't have IR input sensors.  However, Beotime can be set to switch on any older B&O audio or video product via infra-red remote control when the alarm comes on.  There is also a "hidden" menu on Beotime to give you full control of your lighting when the alarm comes on, you can see full details here:-

Kind regards, Steve

Steve.

Really? You don't have any ML products that pickup the IR signal and send it to NL devices over a BLC?

Can you switch Beosound 2 off stand-alone with Beotime without connection to another NL-device, too?

I'll try when I'm back home and advise.

Aha... the Avant takes IR and is also NL capable. That is why it works.
