I have 37000 flac files stored on qnap nas.the problem is mots don't go any further then 15%.

No corrupt files and the strange is,if i load them in the beomaster5 harddrive then everything is ok.

Anyone an idea why the nas stays at 15%

Flac files are plusminus 22mb a song.

If i stored the same music on the beomaster5 mots will go to 100%,but via nas 15%

I'll have to do a count but I'm up at 35-40k's worth of tracks. MOTs is working fine.

Suggest you linkup a keyboard and mouse, go into maintenance mode/pc mode and delete all the MOTs files.

Exit, reboot and let MOTs do its work. It will take a couple days to run through to 100%

is it possible that the BS5 got stuck on name taging.  for example      songname -   (Marie's The Name) His Latest Flame

                                                                                                                          Albumname - #7

If so, a file is corrupt. And not in line with your remarks about the files and the calculation when the files are on the HDD of the BM5.

The problem may come from the NAS...

Did you change any settings?

Is there some kind of energy saver on? (may be the disks are stopped after some time)

I understand the OS are different. They may not react the same way...

Any quota for bandwidth or things like that?

Your BS5 is connected to your NAS as guest or registered user?

--> verify is there aren't any limitations per user
