Truly a piece of technological art is my treasured Beogram 3400 purchased new in 1978. After many years of handling with "kid gloves" a mover mishandled the unit resulting in damage. The back hinge (similar to a piano hinge) of the dust cover was cracked and is now disconnected from the unit itself. Also, the damping hardware sprung from its seat (I have all parts). Can ANYONE help me figure how to have the dust cover repaired or replaced??? Also, if I can affect a repair, How do I go about getting a replacement phono cartridge? H-E-L-P!!
