Beolab 4000 pops on switch off after pcb replacement

Having had foam and pcbs replaced our Beolab 4000 speakers now 'pop' when we switch them off. Other than that, the speakers work well.

Bang and Olufsen say that later power link cables are required to prevent this.  That involves a lot of channeling in plaster, so not an option at the moment !

Has anyone found an alternative / cure for the pop ?  Alternatively where can I get copies of the latest circuit schematics so I can figure it out myself ?
