Avant 75 problem

Hello Everyone

I wonder if anyone can help me?

I have bought a new avant 75 

I used it yesterday for the 1st time after the engineer coming around and setting it up for me

I had it on for 2 or 3 hours i then had to go and meet some friends i was gone for just under 2 hours and when i got back the TV was off and now it wont turn on anymore!

i was told by the person i bought it from to unplug it and plug it back in? i did this several times and all that happens is a single green light comes on on the top! the remote will not function with the tv. 

The green light then goes of after a few seconds then the Tv is dead.

Any Ideas

Hi,

Switch tv off the mains, wait 2-3 mins, press and hold together BACK and HOME buttons on the remote control till you see on the remote screen message OPEN FOR PAIRING. When you see it, switch tv plug to the mains and just right after press ok/select button on the remote. Within 1 ( up to 2 mins) the remote should pair with the tv.

In some cases you may have to repeat this operation.

I assumed you have BV Avant 75 NG.

If this will not help, ask your dealer for a new tv.

Worked 1st time.

Shame the dealer couldnt tell me that last night, Instead of saying wait until they come round on Monday.
