Hi Folks, I am asking what I hope is a not too difficult question but I am getting somewhat frustrated.
The other day I decided to replace a normal wall socket from a 2 gang to a 3 gang, and as a result had to loose power to that socket. the socket in question was used as the power source to my aerial amplifier, which in turn supplied the aerial signal to my B&O system. I think the aerial booster failed and I purchased a new one from my local B&Q. however as a result I now have NO FM radio channels on my system. toad to my frustration I also have lost the facility to listen thru 2 speakers and the sound come from just 1 speaker.
What I am asking for is: How do I retune my 5500 BeoMaster to show the various FM signals and how do I re-balance my speaker output so I can listen in harmony so to speak.
I have just tried getting my local B&O shop to send an engineer only to find he is foreign and lives in Brighton, many miles from Guildford, what is going on with B&O in 2107.
Hoping for a response David in Guildford.
