hi, could somebody please which leads I need to connect mybeolab 2000 to my beosystem 2500 overture?
Steve, our resident cable expert (see below) has a webpage and you might find what you need there. He's very good at offering advice and can even supply you the right cable if you cant locate it in the garage or off a friend.
.
Present: BL90, Core, BL6000, CD7000, Beogram 7000, Essence Remote.
Past: BL1, BL2, BL8000, BS9000, BL5, BC2, BS5, BV5, BV4-50, Beosystem 3, BL3, DVD1, Beoremote 4, Moment.
If you have an Ouverture, you will need a Masterlink cable.
If you have a Beosystem 2500 (they look similiar, but are different products) you will need a Beolink converter 1611, a 7 pin DIN cable and a Masterlink cable.

Hi garyboya,
Welcome to Beoworld! Stefan is correct on the process for connecting the Beolab 2000 to your system:-

I have the Masterlink cables ( http://soundsheavenly.com/48-masterlink-control-and-sync ) and 7 pin Datalink cables ( http://soundsheavenly.com/masterlink-control-and-sync/15-datalink-cable-for-bo-beocord-etc.html ) available if you don't already have these.
If you need any help, please feel free to ask!
Kind regards, Steve.
Steve.
