I recently acquired a pair of very nice but horribly sun faded S45.2 speakers with stands. I initially thought the veneers were oak.

Found a remarkable water-based stain at Lee Valley Tools that absolutely transformed these speakers. From faded "oak" to virtually as new condition. The perfect sheen, not too much and not too little, with the perfect color.

I was so impressed that I went ahead and did my original S75's.

Anyway this is a fantastic product and you do the work indoors, which is a blessing with winter all but here.
