My BC1 suddenly can't play audio CD's.
I connected an external CD/DVD player to the Camcord connectors. After removing the external player again, the BC1 doesn't accept any Audio CD's. After a few seconds of trying, the BC1 ejects the CD and asks my to load a DVD.
Any suggestions on what might be wrong ?

I know that the dvd/cd mechanism is prone to failure on bc1, I can assume that its had its day! Hopefully someone maybe be able to offer something more in the way of good news? Cheers Nick
Yes - I understand. However it still plays DVD's with no problems at all.
I think the cd part uses a different laser in the same mechanism, that might be why?
Copy all audio CDs to DVD?
