Ignore the fault codes... Even the B&O engineers have little idea what they mean.
Also, the whole service counter thing is something which people focus far too much on. I used to have people agonise over a choice between two TV's - one with 6,900 hours and one with 7,200 hours was an example. He went for the TV with 6,900 hours in a colour he didn't want, whereas the one with 7,200 hours was his perfect choice.
This, to me, is a hangover from the very early Plasma era in the 1980's where the screens had a comparatively short lifespan.
These days, with LCD and modern Plasma technology, I've never seen a panel 'wear out'.
Before you say 'ah.. but the components' ....
B&O TV's can go wrong out of the box, at 4 weeks old, or give no trouble until they're 10-15 years old. These days it's a gamble.
Sorry for the mini-rant, but the hours I've wasted with people stressing over service counters I'll never get back. It's a 'thing' that was created by one of my competitors to gain a competitive advantage when pitting one of his own TV's against one of mine. All it did though was to make any TV with 'high or higher than average usage for its age' worthless, or become unsaleable.

No, but they happened on 27, 28 and 29 Sep
And you can clear them by pressing 'GO' on a Beo4!
