I am new into beoworld Smile

I bought an Beocenter 9500 type 2501 and have fully functions on touch glass ....but no movement on both sliding doors.

I have checked sliding mechanism and drive belts that is in good condition.

any tips?

The door motors have been known to fail - can you check that these are getting power with a multimeter?

(Welcome to Beoworld, by the way!)

Thank you and like this serious quality site about "beauty&eyecandy" from Denmark Cool

I will check the motor circuit and feed circuit that the service manual describes.

If you hear the motor buzzing, then the belts are worn/cracked. I found rubber bands that fit and replaced the belts. Am still looking for proper O-ring type belts. 1.5mm diameter with 34mm inside diameter.

Forum member Dillen will be able to supply the correct belts.
