I saw the guys from the UK HQ a few times when I was in the old Bath store (I guess it was having issues so they were in there trying to figure the plans) and found them to be quite aloof. Dealer told them I was one of their better customers and they still didn't want to talk to me. I got the impression they don't want to deal direct with end users.

Yeah, that kind of sums up the UK Management. One person in particular...
The UK Head Office at Winnersh is now staffed by just a handful of people, and on occasion there's actually nobody in the building. When I say building, I mean a small office in a serviced block.
When I first visited B&O UK back in 2007 it was in a large building, over two big floors, and was awash with staff buzzing around. How things have changed.

It might be the same guy. He was introduced and he looked at me from the corner of his eyes with a "that's close enough" look - I was metres away. I think I was looking at the BV12-65 at the time, too.
Your local dealer is your first port of call for any issues you may have. RDMs support dealers only. If I can help - feel free to ask..?
