Besound 5 Encore does not recognize access points

My Beosound 5 Encore has stopped recognizing access points.  The problem went away a couple  of weeks with cycling off and on, but that no longer works.  Any suggestions about how to address this problem?

WiFi is present and signal very strong at the BeoSound.
