What a great idea Wink It looks quite well made. I knew I couldn't be the only one who could see a modern version of this kind of thing in my home.

but £13000? that must be a very nice turntable... because apart from that it seems like a core in a nice packaging. with passive speakers driven by a beoamp 2. And  I haven't seen the speaker specs anywhere. The design is a little top heavy to my taste too.

It's funny that I never even thought of replacing the bm900 with a beoamp 2 or one of the mcl2p, ml/mcl amps I have in store somewhere.

It is an interesting project but personally I don't like it. Its appearance is a copy of Beomaster 900RG or 1200 RG and it's not the best one.The turntable can be the best one on the world but anyhow the price of the set is IMHO ridiculous.

You can get one of the 60's Beomaster RG for 500-1000€ and than let it restaurated by a B&O specialist for lets say further 500-1000€. -> enjoy the rest of your life one of the nicest Radiogram on the world.

I would never swap my 2000RG with this retro RG clone.
