Beolab 18 speakers are loosely coupled with the base

Hi All -

I purchased the boelab 18 speakers and have found that the speakers are not coupled tightly with the base.

Please advise if anyone has faced this issue and any remedy to it.

There is a tool that comes in the box to tighten them up...

Thanks. I purchased it from eBay and the tool was not in the box.

If you know a place i can purchase it, please share the information.

Closing this thread. I was able to get hold of the tool that helped me tighten the base connecting the speakers.
