A9 mkii spotify problem connections

i purchased yesterday a brand new A9 from our official dealer of beoplay. 

 

I connected everything and everything works great. The sound is amazing as i expected. 

 

I have problem with spotify. With all my devices connection (iphone X, ipad air 2, macbook pro) connected with airplay in every song at the last 5 seconds musics pauses and starts a few times before the mew song... it is very annoying. 

 

When i use it with bluetooth it works perfectly. 

 

The official dealer said about connection problems with my wifi, but it cant be that if we consider that the pauses comes on the last 5 secs of each sonf!

 

any help?

I don’t use Spotify with mine.

It doesn’t sound like wifi

So I did a search Spotify connect pauses last 5 seconds and there were a myriad of pausing issues.

Maybe try this tip I found on your MacBook.

App Nap, which is what causes the problem. If you find Spotify in your Applications folder, right click it, click Get Info, then check "Prevent App Nap"
