B&O7 with Sky Q.

I have Sky Q connected by no sound. I have tried a scart to HDMI converter and still no sound.

Model is about 11 years old Beovision 7.

Any ideas people?

If your scart to HDMi adapter has a usb to mains power supply is it connected? I ask because I had one and it produced no sound but pictures until I noticed it should be mains powered.

Have you checked the sound output on the Sky Q box you probably need it to be normal on HDMI not Dolby Digital.
