Hi, I'm habby to be a user of B&O H4, they are beauty, they have ideal sound, but at start I have some problems to connect them with my phone. It is impossible to start it up without problems. As usuall you must turn on, one buttom, and then headphones usually connects wit last device (smartphone). My housband it is always the same, without the problems. He push te start buttom, next it is white diode signal, and the connected is done. But my headphones is not work the same. I push the start buittom and the signal is not white, but some kind like violet/white-blue-violet (it isnt white) and the headphones are not use to connected my smartphone. I try 3-5 ones, and finnally it get work, but it isnt good to do it everyday, everyones...
Please, help me if somebody had the same...
